ABOUT US
History
The Dutch-Sudanese Cultural and Charitable Association is based in the city of Amersfoort and its surrounding areas. It was originally established on January 28, 2002, under the name Azza.

The association initially focused on fostering social connections among its members. Despite officially suspending activities in 2005 due to the migration of many members, its spirit and purpose endured.

On December 20, 2018, with the involvement of the second generation, the association resumed its work this time focusing on humanitarian and medical aid to Sudan. Thanks to these renewed efforts, its activities steadily expanded to reach most regions across Sudan.

Subsequently, on November 9, 2018, a formal steering committee was elected to lead the association and oversee its full range of cultural, social, and charitable programs.
